Our Process
At Evoto Technologies, we follow a structured and transparent process to ensure a seamless home automation experience for our clients. Our approach covers everything from initial assessment to installation, configuration, and post-installation support.
Before starting any project, our team visits the site to understand the client’s requirements. This helps us determine the best automation solutions tailored to the specific space.
Based on the assessment, we prepare a detailed quote for the client. If the client approves the quote, we request an initial payment of 20% of the quoted value to begin the process.
Provisioning involves making necessary structural arrangements for a smooth installation. This may include:
Allocating space for video intercom and gate motor
Ensuring minimum door thickness or frame thickness for smart locks
Setting up a central rack system for network cameras
Wiring for cameras, music systems, and smart home devices
Installing the right modular box sizes in different areas
Creating a seamless WiFi mesh network integration
Once provisioning is complete, we wait for the site to be at a suitable stage for order placement. At this stage, we request the next 70% of the payment to proceed with purchasing the required devices. The timeline for order placement depends on product type and delivery schedules.
When the ordered products arrive and the site is ready, our expert team begins the installation process. This includes:
Mounting and integrating all smart home devices
Setting up automation control panels and smart hubs
After installation, we configure and test the entire system. This process includes:
Mobile App Integration – Setting up accounts and credentials for all apps involved
Manual Testing – Ensuring functionality through button presses and app controls
Creating Scenes & Automation Triggers – Customising automation settings for an enhanced experience
Before handing over the system, we document every step, including local IP addresses for interactive controls and cameras to aid future troubleshooting. The client is given a complete walkthrough of the smart home system, ensuring they know how to operate it efficiently.
At this stage, we request the final 10% payment and allow the client to use the system for a couple of weeks.
After the trial period, we request fair feedback to improve our services.
Once the warranty period ends, we offer an optional annual maintenance service at 7% of the total device bill value, ensuring continued support and system efficiency.
