Smart Home Automation in Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula

KNX is the world's only open international standard (ISO/IEC 14543) for home and building automation. It uses a dedicated wired bus to connect lighting, HVAC, shading, security, and audio-video into one unified system. Evoto Technologies is a KNX certified integrator in India.

Wired automation (like KNX) offers maximum reliability and is ideal for new constructions and luxury projects. Wireless automation (Aqara, Schneider Wiser, LifeSmart) is ideal for retrofits where wall-breaking is not feasible. Both can be future-proofed with Matter: Aqara devices support it natively, and KNX systems connect to it through a 1Home Server — so either works with Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa. Evoto Technologies offers both.

We install Schneider Electric (Wiser and SpaceLogic KNX), MDT, Zennio, Loxone, Savant, Crestron, Control4, ELAN, Basalte, Aqara, LifeSmart, Somfy, Nice, Sonos, Ajax, CP Plus, Dahua, Netgear, Intesis, CoolAutomation (CoolMaster), People Link, and 1home server.

Wireless automation typically costs ₹1–2 lakh+ for a 2BHK and ₹2–5 lakh+ for a 3BHK. A wired KNX system for a kothi or villa usually starts at ₹7 lakh and can go beyond ₹20 lakh, depending on the number of rooms, devices and brands chosen.

No. We keep the installation inside the building — wiring runs through walls, false ceilings and existing conduits, shading is fitted inside the window line, and cameras are compact and placed in porches and recesses. If any visible exterior work is unavoidable, we point it out at the design stage so you can check with the local authority whether approval is needed before work starts.

All equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and our team handles any claim with the brand for you. For KNX and app issues we usually respond the same day with remote support, and we visit on site within 24–48 hours across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. After the warranty, an annual maintenance contract is available at around 5% of the equipment value.

Yes. Wireless systems such as Aqara, LifeSmart and Schneider Wiser replace your existing switch plates and communicate over wireless protocols like Zigbee, so no new wiring is needed. Motorised curtains, Casambi lighting and wireless alarms also fit into finished homes. Wired KNX is best planned before or during construction.

Yes. Once a KNX system is installed, we can program and update it remotely — scenes, schedules and settings can be changed without anyone needing to be on site, so NRI owners can manage their Chandigarh home from abroad.

Yes — modern smart home systems are more affordable and reliable than ever. Beyond convenience, they deliver measurable energy savings (15–30% on lighting and HVAC), enhanced security, and lasting value-add to your property.
